
EMERIL'S NOLA IN, WHERE ELSE? NOLA. GREAT CORNBREAD WITH PIECES OF JALEPENO IN IT. New Orleans Style Crab Cake with Spicy Corn Relish and Crystal-Corn Butter Sauce. NO BAD FOR SOMEBODY WHO DOESN'T CARE FOR CRABS. Buttermilk Fried Breast of Chicken with Bourbon Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Country Ham Cream Gravy and Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas. OK, FOR $30 THEY WERE PROBABLY THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I'VE HAD I HAVE TO ADMIT. YES FRIED CHICKEN SHOULDN'T COST THAT MUCH. EVEN THE LEFTOVER OF IT WAS GREAT. THE DESSERT WAS HAND-HELD PEACH PIE. HONESTLY, IT TASTED & LOOKED LIKE IT CAME FROM THE LOCAL MARKET BAKERY & DRESSED UP FANCY.
